Photo & Portfolio Release

Subject to your consent, you grant HEW Design a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use the following in our portfolio and marketing:

- Photographs you provide of your space, exclusively if you choose to share before and after pictures. Photos submitted in the intake form will not be shared unless the client wishes to share before and after photos.

- Floor plans, elevations, mood boards, renderings, and other materials we created for your project.

- General, non-identifying descriptions of the project (for example, "a small-space living room refresh in a rental apartment").

- Any written testimonial or review you choose to give us, attributed as described below.

2. Where We Might Use It

​

- The HEW Design website portfolio.

- Social media accounts operated by HEW Design.

- Email newsletters and marketing materials.

- Print or digital promotional pieces, presentations, and proposals.

- Submissions to design publications, blogs, or awards.

3. What We Will Never Publish

We will not publish:

​

- Your street address, or any image or detail that identifies the location of your home.

- Your full name, unless you specifically approve it.

- Identifiable images of you, your family, or other people, unless you specifically approve them.

- Identifiable images of children, in any circumstance, without separate written consent from a parent or guardian.

- Your contact details or any financial information.

By default, testimonials are attributed by first name and general location only — for example, "Sarah M., Chicago." Tell us if you would prefer something different, including full anonymity.

4. This Is Optional

​

Consent to this release is entirely optional. Declining will not affect your project, your pricing, your turnaround, or the quality of your service in any way. If you would rather we did not use your project, simply say so.
